So what is a Bunkybag?

A Bunkybag is a personalized bag designed by you while mandymade

does all the work!

Choose a fun fabric and color scheme that will make your Bunkybag

one-of-a-kind!

Bunkybags make great diaper bags because a child recognizes his/her

bag by the fabric, and it is the perfect size for a toddler to carry around

"all by myself" and every mom knows how important that can be.

Leave that big bulky diaper bag in the car and carry your Bunkybag

into the store, put it in the cart next to your child and off you go.

Bunkybags are wide enough to accomodate an entire package of wipes

and large diapers.  Throw in a sippy cup and snack and you're set!

Bunkybags are made of 100% cotton material with polyester

embroidery.  They can be tossed in the washing machine, go through

the dryer* and stand up to lots and lots kid use.

* Our fabrics are not pre-washed so it is strongly recommended that

you wash in cold water with like colors to avoid color bleeding.  They

are safe for the dryer, however, as with most cotton fabric, there is a

possiblity of shrinkage.

Bunkybag History

Several years ago, when my first son was born, there was a wonderful

group of ladies at our church who would make bags for each newborn.

Each bag had the child's name on it and was perfect for taking to the

nursery.  When my second son was born, he also received on of these

nursery bags.

However, by the time my daughter was born, we had moved halfway

across the country and I was on my own if I wanted a bag with her name

on it.  Since I had used my sons' bags all the time, I knew I would have

to give it a try.  After my initial attempt, I made a few adjustments to the

dimensions, a tweak or two here and there and was finally satisfied with

the result.

Soon I was carrying on the tradition and making bags as gifts for

newborns in our church as well as for friends and family.  Fast forward

a bit and here we are today.
